Revolutionizing
Jobs is mainly known for his industrialization of Apple inc. but what many people do not know about jobs is that he had a huge impact on NeXT. NeXT was Steves next model next to Apple because he was at that time forced out of Apple because IBM thought he was ruining the company. NeXT was first introduced in 1988, but did not sell as well as Apple inc. had by selling only an approximation of $50,000 dollars in sales. It did not take long for Apple inc. too realize they needed jobs to be successful so Apple had bought the company for $429 million and $1.5 million in shares of Apple inc. and as part of the agreement jobs had to come back.
In 1986, Steve jobs had bought Pixar Animation Studios from George Lucas also very well known for $10 million dollars and had turned into a computer hardware company. The Computers did not sell very well either in Pixars part so jobs got into making short film productions. Yet still the business did not change and did not improve at all as jobs would invest more and more of his own money. Finally jobs had an idea of grouping with Disney, which had occurred for a 26 million dollar deal for 3 computer animated films. Still the outcome of the computers didn't do well but one of the animated shorts did. Toy story had been blooming in sales and had brought up more business but at the same time were losing money and losing jobs. As soon as he heard that Toy Story was a huge debut he had made himself CEO of Pixar. Later the company had moved on making $4 billion dollars in more movies such as "Finding Nemo." Apple again had been discouraged and had bought Pixar in 1997 for 429 million dollars and computed with Walt Disney in 2006.
